Welcome to the pelvisandhip.com website, provided by Professor Dr. Fouad Zamel Sadek, an Orthopaedic surgeon in Cairo University Hospitals, Egypt, who specializes in Pelvic and Acetabular fractures as well as Arthroplasty surgeries. Dr. Sadek started his career specialization back in 1994; since that time his extensive experience involved over 1500 acetabular and pelvic surgeries and more than 3500 hip reconstructions. Currently, Professor Sadek is the Head of the Pelvic and Arthroplasty unit in Cairo University Hospitals. This website is primarily for Surgeons interested in and practicing procedures on the pelvis and hip. Cases and presentations are provided through a gallery of the author’s database of extensive case series. This website is very dynamic, regularly changing with case updates from his currently busy practice. Lectures and presentations are constantly added and published. We therefore strongly recommend that you regularly check up on us for the updated cases. We would be very happy to have you as one of our regular visitors.
